Compliance is the wall. Encryption, audit trails, access controls, a HIPAA-compliant server and database, and the paperwork behind all of it — it's why small teams and patients themselves don't build these tools. We cleared that bar first, on purpose, before we wrote a single screen.

A patient family, not a health-tech company.
We're Joshua and Salicia Ford, and our kids Jackson and Finley. Salicia lives with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, complex regional pain syndrome, mast cell activation syndrome, gastroparesis and complex autoimmune disease. Between us we've spent more than a decade inside hospital systems — the extended stays, the home health, the IV supplies stacked in the closet, the day it took over seventy phone calls to get one surgery approved.
Nobody was going to build this for us. So we built it.
